White Horse Capital was founded in 2008 to deliver end-to-end support, guidance and execution for strong early and growth stage businesses looking to raise equity finance or execute M&A transactions.

Unlike most of our competitors our team do not have lifelong backgrounds in finance; rather we have together amassed many years practical industry experience creating and managing national and international businesses; we have been there too. We admit it, we have made mistakes and we really do understand that confidence in how to do things properly is best gained through experiencing the results of doing them badly. Understanding what it takes to start and grow a business, our core management team also founded and currently help manage The Accelerator Network, a highly respected mentor driven development program designed to kick-start exceptional entrepreneurial organisations, helping them get ‘investor ready’ and in most instances, raise seed and/or angel funding. We understand your challenges.

We understand the core frustrations companies face when independently embarking on a capital raise; many CEO’s unaware of the numerous pitfalls often attempt the process themselves before asking us to act for them. Understanding these challenges and with many years experience we will guide, assist and act for you through the process. Key areas of advice and assistance include pre money valuation and associated raise amount, document content and framing to detail required, tight qualification and short listing of profile matched investors, final negotiations and due diligence process to completion. Our remuneration is almost exclusively reliant on a positive client outcome; for this reason we are selective as to who we will represent. However, if we do act for you, although it sounds like a cliché, your success is genuinely our success. Lastly and as proof or our expertise and past success, we have a strong client list.
